On board comps based on your play is calculated ONLY on the last day of your cruise and can be used only to offset onboard charges other than gratuities or casino cash advances. On Board freeplay is calculated by the Casino on your new cruise and is minimum what your tier level gives you or based on your previous cruise casino play, whichever is higher. I've made a dozen calls over the past 6 months trying to get this resolved but the points still don't show. The tier credits from my June cruise on Apex have still not posted. I'm actually having a problem with this very issue now. You can call Blue Chip and they can tell you what your tier score is.
